1.Feature:

Two card input modules adopts vacuum system and card sensing system is capable to detect double card and missing card.

Machine adopts mechanical positioning system, which positioning accuracy is higher than traditional cylinder system.

High speed spindle motor adopts water-cooling system.

Machine X Y Z motion control by servo motor. X-Y axis accuracy: ±0.015mm, Z axis accuracy: ± 0.015mm, flatness accuracy: ±0.005mm.

Z axis depth is adjusted by the servo close loop control.

Dusts and shaving will be vacuumed by a vacuum chamber.

All the components adopt international well-known brands which ensure machine in high quality.

The whole machine is controlled by a PC.
